In collaboration with staff and Firehaus Studio, Inc., identified the key design and navigation elements to be addressed. The redesigned town homepages — which aggregate rich community information for 15,000 American towns — are more streamlined in terms of look and feel and navigation. The tone is friendly and inviting, in keeping with the brand image. The redesign and strong viral growth contributed to a doubling of site traffic in six months. [My role: Digital Media Consultant]
